Floor & Wall Panels

Floor and wall panels are factory built sections of floors and walls ready to be installed in sections on site.

The wall and floor panels are designed with CAD software to ensure that all panels are as per plan and fit properly. The CAD software utilizes a 3D model (BIM) so the panels follow inline framing practises and load paths are continuous to the foundation.

The panels are then premanufactured in a factory in a controlled environment protected from rain and snow and delivered to the site by truck and trailer. On site, framing crews will crane sections into place as per the layout of the panels, determined by the designer, saving time and waste on site.
